You've placed your order. Now what?

First of all, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details about your order. This email is also a signal that your order has entered our shipping system and that our diligent crew has started working on it.

On average we ship orders within 1-3 business days (usually depending on current volume and also the time of day you placed your order).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your order tracking code. After that, it usually takes about 4-9 business days for your order to arrive - again, this depends on current volume, your location, and a few other factors.

Cancellations

Oh oh, something happened and you need to cancel your order now? You can, just contact us at info@carryquest.nl with your order number and we will take care of it (along with a 100% refund). You do need to do this BEFORE we ship the order though - you can still send the package back later, but with the added cost of return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items?

The wait is over, you tear off the wrapping paper and can't wait to put it to use - but wait a minute, something's wrong!

It could be damage, or the wrong size, or maybe a different color. The most common cause is simply human error - so we apologize and let's fix it, shall we?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via info@carryquest.nl, together with your order number and photos of the problem. We will contact you as soon as possible and find a solution that you are happy with.

Delayed orders

Let's see - maximum 3 business days for handling, 4 for transportation, that brings us to the worst case scenario of 9 business days when you should have the package in your hands.

Are you on day 9 and still no package? First of all, check the tracking code. Secondly, please allow at least 3 more days and if still nothing, please contact us via info@carryquest.nl. Our customer service will take immediate action.
