You've placed your order. What now?

First, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details about your order. This email also signals that your order has entered our shipping system and that our diligent team is working on it.

On average, we ship orders within 1-3 business days (usually depending on current volume and also the time of day you placed your order).

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive another email with your tracking code. After that, it usually takes about 4-9 business days for your order to arrive – this also depends on current volume, your location, and a few other factors.

Cancellations

Oh, so something happened and you need to cancel your order? You can! Contact us at info@carryquest.nl with your order number, and we'll take care of it (along with a 100% refund). However, you must do this BEFORE we ship the order—you can still return the package later, but with the additional cost of return shipping.

Damaged or wrong items?

The wait is over, you tear off the wrapping paper and can't wait to use it - but wait a minute, something's not right!

It could be damage, the wrong size, or maybe a different color. The most common cause is simply human error—so we apologize and let's fix it, shall we?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at info@carryquest.nl, along with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll get back to you as soon as possible and find a solution you're happy with.

Delayed orders

Let's see - a maximum of 3 business days for handling, 4 for transport, which brings us to the worst-case scenario of 9 business days when you should have the package in your hands.

Are you on day 9 and still haven't received your package? First, check the tracking code. Second, please allow at least three additional days, and if you still haven't received your package, please contact us. info@carryquest.nl. Our customer service will take immediate action.
