1. How long does it take to deliver the order?

Our crew typically takes 1-3 business days to prepare everything and ship your package. It should then arrive within another 4-9 business days.

2. What if my order is delayed?

Things happen, right? A slight delay is usually due to weather, overworked drivers, etc. Your package should arrive within 9 business days (max. 2 handling and 7 transit)—please allow an additional 3 days on top of the 9. If your package still hasn't arrived, please let us know at info@carryquest.com.

3. Can I return the items?

Absolutely. We have a 30-day return policy, so you have plenty of time to try the items and see if they suit your style. See the details here.
