Cancellations

Oh oh, something happened and you need to cancel your order now? You can, just contact us at info@carryquest.nl with your order number and we will take care of it (along with a 100% refund). You do need to do this BEFORE we ship the order though - you can still send the package back later, but with the added cost of return shipping.

Returns

Step 1: Contact us via info@carryquest.nl with your order number. We will send you a reply with the necessary information (such as the return address).

Step 2: Make sure your items meet these return conditions - no signs of use, unwashed, original tags attached.

Step 3: Choose a shipping service that offers a tracking code. Send the code to our customer service when you send the package. You pay for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Okay, your package has arrived safely! We will take a look and if the items meet the return conditions (see above), we will tell you the good news by email.

It may then take up to 14 days to process your return and refund your money.

Damaged or incorrect items?

The wait is over, you tear off the wrapping paper and can't wait to put it to use - but wait a minute, something's wrong!

It could be damage, or the wrong size, or maybe a different color. The most common cause is simply human error - so we apologize and let's fix it, shall we?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via info@carryquest.nl , together with your order number and photos of the problem. We will contact you as soon as possible and find a solution that you are happy with.
