Return Policy

Summary of important information:

  • 30 days to start the return procedure
  • 14 days to process refunds
  • Customers must pay for return shipping
  • no restocking fees

Cancellations

 Oh oh, something happened and you need to cancel your order now? You can, just contact us at info@carryquest.nl with your order number and we will take care of it (along with a 100% refund). You do need to do this BEFORE we ship the order though - you can still send the package back later, but with the added cost of return shipping.

Returns

Step 1: Register your return via info@carryquest.nl stating your order number. Any feedback is very welcome — we would love to hear your experience!

Step 2: Check whether the items meet our return conditions:

  • Not worn or washed
  • No signs of use
  • Original labels and packaging intact

Step 3: Send the package with a delivery service such as PostNL (or another carrier with a tracking code). Save or share the track & trace code with us, so that we can track together whether the shipment arrives safely.

Refunds

Okay, your package has arrived safely! We will take a look and if the items meet the return conditions (see above), we will tell you the good news by email.

It may then take up to 14 days to process your return and refund your money.

Damaged or incorrect items?

The wait is over, you tear off the wrapping paper and can't wait to put it to use - but wait a minute, something's wrong!

It could be damage, or the wrong size, or maybe a different color. The most common cause is simply human error - so we apologize and let's fix it, shall we?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via info@carryquest.nl , together with your order number and photos of the problem. We will contact you as soon as possible and find a solution that you are happy with.
